Grifter-gov. Rick Scott budget bombs with public employees

Essentially the Scott public employee payroll tax will cut public employees pay checks by 5 per cent. Florida teachers are underpaid to begin with and a Florida teacher can go to Georgia and make $6,000 more per year.
