Huffington Post: Conservative conspiracy to weaken unions and promote vice continues

The GOP conspiracy to weaken unions and promote vice continue. so much for GOP family values.

Indiana
Forty Democratic lawmakers are fleeing Indiana in an attempt to block anti-union legislation. The Indianapolis Star reports.

Democrats will most likely enter Illinois, where fleeing Wisconsin senators are also billeted as part of a similar maneuver. Democrats have to go to a state where their is a democratic governor to avid being extradited. Without Apparently the GOP thinks promoting vice is a better way to raise revenues.

Without a quorum, the Indiana government will be closed own.

Indiana House Democratic Minority Leader B. Patrick Bauer declined to elaborate on the whereabouts of statehouse Democrats, some of whom may have fled to Illinois or Kentucky, according to the Indianapolis Star.

Idaho
The Spokesman-Review reports: "The Idaho House has voted 55-14 in favor of SB 1006, to ban project labor agreements in public works construction contracts, a measure strongly opposed by union workers.

This bill would prevent many construction companies from even bidding in on Idaho construction projects.

Ohio
A labor official told The Huffington Post that the doors to the Ohio statehouse have already been locked, and there is an estimated that there are only about 700 people inside.

Vice is Nice
Rightardia reported that the GOP is also trying to force gambling onto the public without a plebiscite to generate revenues. Rightardia ran a story from the Wayne Madsen Report that said:

The "casino-ization" of North America involves top politicians in Alabama, including former Republican Governor Bob Riley, a rumored 2012 presidential candidate.

The Casino conspiracy involves Riley's son Rob's business operations; leaders in British Columbia and the city of Vancouver; Texas oil interests; and casinos in Macau in which the family of the late Chinese leader Deng Xiaoping has a major stake.

FL grifter-governor Rick Scott may be involved, too. Scott said he is open to allowing huge Las Vegas-style 'destination casino resorts' in Florida.

Now it looks like Ohio is trying the same tactic. Gov. Kasich has already let a contract for Las Vegas style slot machines.

We also noticed Arnold Shwarzenegger tried to legalize majuana in Califronia to raise state revenues.

Apparently the GOP believes legalizing vice is preferable to raising taxes.
