You can add a regional middle eastern war to this list. Bibbi Natenyahu tried to attack Iran in 2010 but the Israeli Defense Force generals and Mossad wouldn't go along. He tied to bully Obama to support his war but was also turned down.
This is why Bibi campaigned for Mitt Romney. He had been told by pollster, Arthur J. Finkelstein, that Mitt would win the election.
In the latest in a series of New York Times front-page features on U.S. policy toward Iran based on anonymous sources within the administration, the newspaper proclaimed today the chances of armed conflict with the Islamist state had markedly declined. The unnamed American officials did no more than state the obvious when they noted that . . .

Rightardia agrees with this assessment. Of course, attacking Iran is not in the self-interest of the US.
Some of the former members of Mossad and Shin Bet think Bibi Netanyahu holds messianic views about attacking Iran and that the Iranians would be likely to accelerate their nuclear program if attacked.
Rightardia predicted gas prices would rise when the use positioned naval forces near the Strait of Hormuz. Gas prices went up immediately.

If McCain had been elected, we would probably be embroiled in another regional war that could lead to a world war. The issue, of course, is Israeli nuclear superiorty in the middle east.
The US went to war for a country of 7 million people once in Iraq. We paid a heavy price in blood and treasure.

The Fred Burton e-mail on "A-Dogg's" helicopter experiencing a Mossad "malfunction."
March 29-30, 2012In the latest leak from WikiLeaks of hacked e-mails from the private intelligence firm Stratfor, Fred Burton, Stratfor's vice president for intelligence, reveals that Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is an intelligence source for Stratfor.
However, the e-mails sent by Burton strongly indicate that Stratfor, which was founded by pro-Israeli businessman George Friedman; Netanyahu, and Mossad are of the same mindset when it comes to a perception that President Barack Obama is a threat to Israel.
In a May 12, 2009 e-mail, Burton wrote: "BB [Netanyahu], being the man of honor that he is, intends to let Obama know (I've been told man to man) that he is the vanguard of the State of Israel, with the hell bent intentions (Bush like I may add) of neutralizing the Iranian nuclear menace, because he trusts this Presidency about as much as I do. For that, he gets my man of the year award."
Note: Netanyahu's nickname is Bibi or BB.
It is a February 22, 2010 e-mail from Burton that should be causing the most concern for the U.S. Secret Service, which is charged with protecting the life of the President of the United States.
Burton writes:
One can lookat MOSSAD's recent covert activities and get a sense of their mindset.I also think they will assassinate A-Dogg. His helo will have a malfunction.
In a March 19, 2010 e-mail, Burton wrote: "BB dislikes Obama immensely.
After hosting Biden, the last thing he wants to do is kiss Obama's arse. From my lips to your ears."
On November 10, 2009, Burton wrote again of Netanyahu's dislike for Obama:
From my lips to your ears. I would imagine that my good friend BB Netanyahu told Obama what the Sword of Gideon has in store for the Iranian menace. I also have it on good word that BB trusts Obama about as much as he trusted Arafat or Waddi [sic] Haddad.
Arafat is a reference to the late Palestine Liberation Organization leader Yasir Arafat and Wadi Haddad was the leader of the armed wing of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine who died in 1978 in East Germany after eating Belgian chocolates that were reportedly laced by Mossad with slow-acting poison.
It is clear from a December 11, 2009 e-mail that Burton's source on all the anti-Obama references ascribed to Netanyahu are from Netanyahu himself. The Burton e-mail, referencing his source, states:
My source is bb (eyes only).
However, the most important statement is Burton's comment, keeping in mind that Netanyahu was passing on to Burton the strategic thinking of Mossad, indicating Mossad] will try to assassinate A-Dogg (Obama).
Burton is a former Diplomatic Security Service (DSS) special agent at the Department of State. Burton had previously served as the Texas Department of Public Safety's Assistant Director for Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism and currently serves on Governor Rick Perry's Texas Border Security Council,
He is known for making racist references to minorities, including describing Arabs as "towel heads," "camel jockies," and "sleezy arsehole ragheads."
Rightrdia would guess Burton served in the Army. These terms are standard Amy lingo for Islamic people.
Burton has also referred to Pakistanis as "Pakis" and has charged that "black Dems" commit election fraud in the United States and that Obama has a "black thing" going with Nigerian anti-oil drilling activists.
Burton was part of a State Department team that investigated the 1995 assassination of Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin by right-wing Israeli Yigal Amir, a known supporter of Netanyahu.
While Burton may have been referring to either Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad or Ayatollah Khamenei in his reference to "A-Dogg" having a "helo malfunction," courtesy of Mossad, the spelling of "Dogg" indicates a racial reference.
Burton spells "dog" as "Dogg," a likely reference to the rapper "Snoop Dogg." The "A" in "A-Dogg" would indicate that he referring to an "A" or "top Dog," a possible reference to President Obama. Nevertheless, Ahmadinejad and Khamenei do occasionally travel around Iran by helicopter.
"Mossad chief Tamir Pardo's secret visit to Washington earlier this month was meant to gauge how the administration of U.S. President Barack Obama would react to an Israeli strike against Iran's nuclear program, The Daily Beast reported on Monday.
Pardo's visit was exposed last month by Haaretz after top U.S. officials mentioned his participation in a series of meetings in Washington at a public hearing in the Senate."
The Secret Service is investigating Andrew Adler. The Israel Firster community is trying to make Adler look like a lone nut.
To the contrary, his paper employs the co-chair of Atlanta chapter of the Republican Jewish Coalition, someone who has attended meetings with Israel's Consul General in Atlanta Opher Aviran.
Therefore, Adler's threat of a Mossad assassination of the President of the United States is more than idle.
And where is Adler's middle name in all these reports? It has been standard policy for assassins and those involved in plots to assassinate our presidents to have their entire names reported -- it is intended to make them look like the criminals that they are by providing police report-type personal data.
Not so in Adler's case. There is nothing "lone wolf" about Adler's threat.
The Mossad is the most dangerous foreign intelligence agency operating on American soil, exactly because of the influence of people like Adler, Sheldon Adelson, Micky Arison, Sumner Redstone, Joe Lieberman, and other Israel Firsters.
Just take a look at who is part of Adler's cabal in Atlanta from the pages of his own newspaper:
The cabal, including the Governor of Georgia, should be investigated by the Secret Service and FBI. They are all potential co-conspirators with Mossad to assassinate President Obama.

Wayne Madsen Reports (WMR) well-placed British sources report that Gareth Williams, was a former Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) employee who was seconded to the British Secret Intelligence Service (MI-6) and whose badly decomposed body was found stuffed into a sports bag in an MI-6 safe house in the Pimlico neighborhood of London on August 23, 2010.
WMR thinks Williams was a victim of a professional Mossad hit team.
The London Metropolitan Police and FBI are continuing to investigate Williams's death as "suspicious and unexplained."
Williams's body was discovered in the security-protected MI-6 flat on Alderney Street, not far from MI-6 headquarters.
The MI-6 safe house was protected by a fingerprint recognition and retinal scan access system, according to our sources.
The safe house was registered to a labyrinth of MI-6 front companies to hide the identity of the actual owners of the residence.
The safe house flat's owner was registered in the British Virgin Islands to a company called New Rodina, which was not listed in registered companies in the United Kingdom.
The legal representative for New Rodina was a London law firm called Park Nelson, which has ceased to exist.
WMR has learned that the safe house's actual owner was incorporated in the Dominican Republic.
Williams had worked for MI-6 on secondment from GCHQ for a year and he had recently visited the National Security Agency (NSA) before his body was discovered.
Immediately after Williams's body was discovered there were leaks to the British media that suggested that Williams died from a "sex game" that had gone wrong.
Williams's body was embalmed before a full autopsy could be performed that would helped answer some of the questions raised by Williams's parents, who live in Wales.
Leaks to the media of bizarre sexual activities that result in the "accidental" deaths of high-level intelligence and political murder victims represents a classic British intelligence ploy that is intended to ward off demands for full investigations by the next-of-kin.
Williams was a mathematics child prodigy who earned his first college degree in mathematics at age 17. He was one of GCHQ's top experts in encryption.
WMR has learned from our British intelligence sources that Williams was brought to MI-6 from GCHQ in Cheltenham to participate in a major investigation of Israeli Mossad penetration of GCHQ's and MI-6's encrypted communications networks, including those of GCHQ that process signals intelligence (SIGINT) intercepts of communications.
Williams visited NSA a number of times to help the American SIGINT agency conduct an investigation of the extent to which Mossad was able to penetrate NSA systems via interfaces, such as the Zircon instant messaging network, with GCHQ networks.
A "Mediterranean looking" young man and woman, believed to be between 20 and 30 years of age, are suspects in Williams's death, now believed by British police to have been due to poisoning.
"Mediterranean" is a politically-correct code phrase used by British police to describe the Israeli Mossad hit team.
The FBI uses a similar code phrase, "Middle Eastern-looking," to describe Israeli spies in the United States. The Mossad duo was last seen entering the MI-6 residence where Williams lived in July 2010.
Some British intelligence officials are privately fuming over the cover-up of the details of Williams's murder and Israel's involvement in it.
They have promised to exact severe revenge on Israel in a "quiet manner" but one that will leave Tel Aviv under no doubt that it is in retaliation for Mossad's murder of one of Britain's ace intelligence officers.
As for NSA, the penetration of GCHQ by Mossad has endangered America's own encrypted signals intelligence and cyber-warfare networks with the possibility that Israel has had or continues to have access to America's most delicate classified information.

Former Mossad chief Meir Dagan referred to the possibility a future Israeli Air Force attack on Iranian nuclear facilities as "the stupidest thing I have ever heard." he amde these comments during a conference held at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem on Friday.
Dagan's presentation was his first public appearance since resigning as chief of the Mossad at the end of September 2010.
Dagan said that Iran has a clandestine nuclear infrastructure which functions alongside its legitimate, civil infrastructure.
It is the legitimate infrastructure, he said, that is under international supervision by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). Any strike on this legitimate infrastructure would be "patently illegal under international law," according to Dagan.
Al Jazeera has learned that the expelled diplomat is likely to be Mossad's London representative. the Israeli spy agency is accused by the UAE of being behind the killing Mahmoud al-Mabhouh.
David Miliband, Britain's foreign secretary, is expected to make a statement about the expulsion later today.
Alan Fisher, Al Jazeera's correspondent in London, said the move was "sign of anger from the British at the way they believe intelligence services used UK passports".
'Citizens at risk'
He said that British investigators had discovered that the passports were cloned when UK citizens passing through Israel had their documents taken during routine security checks.
"The British believe that the intelligence agencies knew about this and used the cloned passports.
"They're not suggesting that the Mossad or the military intelligence directorate were directly involved with the assassination, what they're angry about is the cloning of the passports which they believe put British citizens at risk."

The Arctic Seas story get more fantastic. Russia Today is claiming the men who tied to hijack the Arctic Sea were Mossad agents. It is likely of the Russian were delivering S-300 missiles to Iran, it would likely use the Caspian Sea for delivery. Wayne Madsen is a former US Naval intelligence officer. His exposes' have been accurate in the past.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu secretly traveled to Moscow with a plea for the release of Mossad commandos allegedly related to the hijacking of the “Arctic Sea” vessel, says RT contributor Wayne Madsen.
But the mission was not a success, believes the journalist. “[Netanyahu] obviously came away empty-handed,” Madsen told RT. “The eight individuals who hijacked the ‘Arctic Sea’ apparently are still under arrest in Moscow.”
Rightardia comment: It appears the Arctic Sea was carrying S-300 missiles bound for Iran according to the Times of London.The Russians had indicated they had intended to supply these missiles to Iran in the past. These missiles would have significantly complicated an Israeli attack on Iranian nuclear facilities.
Sources in Tel Aviv and Moscow claimed the ship had been loaded with S-300 missiles, one of Russia’s most advanced anti-aircraft weapons, while undergoing repairs in the Russian port of Kaliningrad, a port notorious for arms smuggling.
Mossad, supposedly tipped off the Russian government that the shipment had been sold by former military officers linked to the underworld. Rightardia believes this story is probably bogus. Russia had agreed to sell the S-300 to Iran in December, 2007.
Maritime reporter Mikhail Voitenko, was also forced to flee Russia after receiving threats for his suggestions about the cargo contents of the hijacked merchant vessel Arctic Sea. He moved a second time from Bangkok from Istanbul.
Admiral Tarmo Kouts, former commander of Estonia’s armed forces and the European Union’s rapporteur on piracy, infuriated Moscow by saying that the ship was transporting weapons.
The story about the hijacked Russian-crewed cargo ship grows ever more mysterious. Time magazine is alleging that the “Arctic Sea” was intercepted by Israel as it carried weapons to the Middle East.
The allegations began with Admiral Kouts, a former commander of the Estonian armed forces who now heads the European Union’s piracy watch.
According to him, Israel is the country most likely to have carried out the hijacking on the ship to prevent missiles being delivered to countries in the Middle East.
Time writes that in an interview with the magazine, Kouts said “only a shipment of missiles could account for Russia's bizarre behavior throughout the month-long saga.”
"There is the idea that there were missiles aboard, and one can't explain this situation in any other way," he is quoted as saying. "As a sailor with years of experience, I can tell you that the official versions are not realistic."
The official word, however, is that the “Arctic Sea” was transporting timber from Finland to Algeria. In response to Kouts’s allegations, Dmitry Rogozin, Russia’s envoy to NATO, said he should stop "running his mouth."
Meanwhile, the majority of Israel’s population does not believe their country was in any way involved in the situation.
So, if Israel was involved in the hijacking of the Russian-manned vessel, why did it not draw attention to it?
According to Ronen Bergman, an investigative journalist at the Yediot Aharonoth newspaper, “Israeli intelligence would create the framework in which, for example, international police force would seize the ship.”
He said they’d “embarrass Russia or the company supplying the S-300 [Russian long range surface-to-air missile systems] to either Syria or Iran” by drawing the world’s attention to their actions and saying “Look, we caught them!”

In Russia, the Israeli involvement version has not met much support either.
“Look at the faces of the men who stormed the “Arctic Sea” and their backgrounds – they are criminals. Not a single security service in the world would ever deal with such people,” said Russian opposition politician Aleksey Mitrofanov. “The whole incident looks like score settling between the ship owner and his partners.
However, those who believe the allegation that Israel was involved in the interception of the ship say that no other country is more willing or more able to carry out an operation like that on such a professional level. Another question that some people keep asking is why Israeli President Shimon Peres visited Russia just a day after the hijacking.
JERUSALEM: Tehran’ s intelligence chief Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Ejei has claimed that Israel had planned to assassinate Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad during the country’ s elections last month.
Mohseni-Ejei claimed that Israel collaborating with Iranian Mujahedeen opposition members had met in Egypt and France to plan Ahmadinejad ’ s killing, The Jerusalem Post reports.
“The Zionist leadership met with members of the opposition near Sharm el-Sheikh in Egypt and also met with them in Paris in order to plan the assassination of Ahmadinejad, ” said Mohseni-Ejei. Mohseni-Ejei also referred to Sunnis fighting against the country ’ s Shi ’ ite government to be involved in the plot.
