Beautiful ice sculptures and buildings in China's annual ice and snow festival

(January 5, Harbin PRC ) It's a winter wonderland in northeastern China. Huge ice buildings, enormous ice Buddhas and giant pagodas glow in the night sky at China's annual ice and snow festival Tuesday.
