Rightardia switched to Costco more than a year ago and vive la difference.
There are trained employees at Costco who knew where the merchandise is and they don't run the other way when they see a customer.
As one employee put it, if you pay your employees peanuts, you will end up hiring monkeys.
According to Consumers Reports, Costco beats Wal-Mart by a wide margin.
