16:05 06/04/2012 The United States may deliver to Russia alleged arms dealer Viktor Bout to Russia under the European Convention on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons. Both countries are member states of the convention.
Rightardia wonders who we trade Viktor Bout for. The US weant to a great deal of trouble to extradite Bout from Thailand.
