It's quite clear that that gas prices increased sharply once the US and the UK deployed naval task forces in the Strait of Hormuz.
Perhaps America will lose the enthusiasm for attacking Iran once they realize that this will impact their daily lives at the gas pump not to mention the loss of blood and treasure if the US engages in another proxy war for Israel.
The Republican party is well aware why the gasoline prices are rising, but are trying to make a political issue about it. Shame on them!
