The Buzz | Tampa Bay Times: "Stand your ground" FL tally: 130 cases since '05, 70% fatal
"The controversial law that police have cited in their decision not to charge the man who shot and killed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin has been invoked at least 130 times statewide since 2005. "
Rightardia views this case as a tragedy caused by an overzealous vigilante with a gun who thought he was a police officer.
