Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum, Newt Gingrich and Ron Paul have released their January fundraising totals including those from their Super PACs. Romney raised and spent the most but a lot has changed since January. Still Barack Obama's campaign is smiling at all that money being spent now. But they shouldn't be.
