Rightrdia misses the artist, Flyinureye, who did this art, a lot more than GW Bush.
The Major has been watching politics since the Eisenhower era and considers GW Bush to be the worst president in the last half of the 20th Century.
BTW The Major was conservative until the end of the Nixon era. Nixon became hard to stomach near the end of his presidency before he resigned.
