Florida's carpet baggin' governor, Rick Scott didn't know where Tampa Bay was. Of course, Scott had barely met the legal requirement of seven years to run for governor.
The governor stumbled when he was told the St.Petersburg times was changing its name to the Tampa Bay Times.
Scott retorted:
Does the region call itself the Tampa Bay region? Is that what it calls itself? The region does?
