Intrade: The GOP horse race and the Affordable Health Care Act

John Huntsman is rising but Rightardia suspects he will be just too moderate for the GOP. The other Mormon candidate, Mittens, is declining on Intrade since he had been hovering around 70 per cent for a long time.

Rightrdia thinks Gingrich's numbers are irrelevant. We can't imagine Republicans getting behind this amoral man.

Apprently some "covert GOP operatives" are trying to take Mittens down which implies a whispering email campaign and other dirty tricks.

The US Supreme Court has taken the individual mandate in the Affordable Health Care Act for review. Although the court has a 5-4 conservative majority, Intrade statistics suggest the individual mandate will stand.

Four circuit courts have ruled in favor of the indivdual mandate and  only one against. The DC Circuit Court of Appeals was the last to rule in favor of the individual mandate and it may have laid out a legal framework for the Supremes to review the case.

Wow, Rightardia can hear the gnashing of conservative teeth already!
