Herman Cain announced today that he has a stimulus program of his own that will get America going.
He calls it the Herman Cain "Come to Daddy 36-24-36" stimulus program. Essentially a woman who needs a job in the food service industry calls the Herman Cain 'hot line" and makes an appointment with Herman.
If the woman has all of the essentials and the right numbers, Herman will find her a job. However, she must sign a non-disclosure agreement. Herman claims that is just a technical formality.
Herman also made it clear that he is an equal opportunity employer.
Meanwhile, the woman who claims she had Justin Biebers' baby, said the baby is actually Herman Cain's. The women said she had a 30 second rendezvous with Herman in a McDonald's restaurant
