Herman Cain's 9-9-9 tax plan was throughly thrashed by political media. who said it would hurt the poor, the working and middle class.
So now Cain has a new 9-0-9 plan for the poor.
Who cares?
This man is not a contender. Anyone who would put forward such a half-baked tax plan is not presidential material. Cain fooled few Democrats or independents.
