Rick Scott: I could argue that I don't have to create any jobs

This is the flip-flop heard 'round the world because Scott based his governor's campaign on the promise to create more jobs.

In fact, he promised to create 700,000 jobs in seven year beyond the 1 million that economists were projecting from normal growth.

Scott recently said on 540-AM :

I could argue I don't have to create any jobs , I just have to make sure we don't lose jobs.

In 2008, did feckless Democratic politicos challenge Scott on his ludicrous pledge?

No, they didn't.

In fact, for years the Republicans have been claiming that private enterprise creates jobs, not the government.
