Herman Cain ia actailly a character named Herr Manheim Kane in the Sym City4 Pizza Tycoon game

Herman Cain's tax plan and his character were created in the Electronic Arts game, Sim City4 Pizza Tycoon.  Herman Cain is actually a video game character.

In the game a evil pizza tycoon, Herr Manheim Kane, attempts to take over the pizza industry in Italy. He uses German gangstas to intimidate pizza owners all over Italy and forces the owners to make pizza with Limburger cheese that causes air pollution in Italy. 


Italian pizzarias use community organizers and Occupy demonstrators to thwart the evil pizza tycoon. They also enlist help from the local mafia and the Catholic church who view Herr Manheim Kane as a threat to Italian culture. 

The game allows players to create virtual cities and build the virtual societies. The default tax plan for Simcity 4 Pizza Tycoon bears a striking resemblance to Cain’s 9-9-9 plan: a 9 per cent  housing tax, a 9 per cent commercial tax and a 9 per cent  industrial tax.


Herman Cain’s 9-9-9 plan features a 9 per cent  personal income tax, a 9 per cent  business tax and a 9 per cent sales tax.
