Law and order conservatives had a fit after Casey Anthony was found not guilty of the murder of her daughter.
One women wants a federal law that makes it a felony if a missing child is not reported within 24 hours.
In Florida, the police won't even start looking for a missing person until 72 hours have passed because most of these "missing people" return home.
Rightardia believes the jury made the correct call on the Casey Anthony trail.
Many central Florida attorneys said from the onset of the trail that the state's case was weak. The initial vote on the murder charge was 10-2 for an acquittal and the vote on child abuse, 6-6.
The best the state's attorney could have gotten from this trail would have been a hung jury.
We don't know if Casey Anthony is innocent. We do know that a lot of innocent people are in jail and it is better to error on the side of the accused.
