On the debt ceiling

Democrats are suggesting that the congresional ceiling on the national debt is unconstitutional.

The 14th Amendment.reads:

The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law... shall not be questioned . . .

Will Obama have the cojones to blow off the 112th GOP congress? Will the president go to court against these GOP obstructionists or just ignore them?
