PHOENIX (AP) -- Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer says the so-called "birther" issue is a potentially destructive issue for the country.
Brewer said on CNN that the Arizona birther bill was poorly drafted. Brewer believes there's no question that it was directed at Obama although it's clear he was born in Hawaii.
Rightardia believes some southern and western states are drafting birther bills to impede Obama from running at the Democratic candidate for president in 2012.
No state has the right to challenge the certification of the birth of a citizen in another state.

His birther nonsense has gone on long enough and Donald Trump has used this red herring to launch his
candidacy for a GOP nomination for president.
candidacy for a GOP nomination for president.
Shame on "The Doanld," If he gets the nomination, his polarizing birther views will come to haunt him.
The birther controversy also destroyed the military career of an Army medical doctor. LTC Terrence Lakin, who disobeyed deployment orders because he doubted President Barack Obama’s was eligible to serve as commander-in-chief, received a six-month prison sentence.

Lakin was sentenced to six months at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, for refusing to go follow deployment orders. An Army general officer approved the findings and sentence of LTC Lakin’s court-martial in December.
To make matters worse, this court martial offense is a felony which means Lakin will probably have his medical license suspended. The last time we checked, the birthers had been defeated 12 times in federal court. This is a losing proposition for conservatives.
it is our opinion that birtthers are sore losers who were unable to accept the outcome of a presidential smackdown in the 2010 election.
