Consumers Reports tests the Chevy Volt
The eagerly-awaited Chevy Volt is finally arriving in showrooms across the country. It runs on electricity with a backup gas motor. Consumer Reports is testing it up at our track.
The Chevy Volt is a $40,000 vehicle that loses efficiency in cold weather because of the battery power. However,it has many great features that will attract green car buyers.
