Arizona's Sen. John Ensign won't run in 2012

Senator John Ensign is still being investigated for financial misconduct with a former married female staffer.

At one time he was considered a potential GOP presidential candidate.

He won't run in 2002 which should save the GOP a lot of embarrassment.
