Murphy is the prank caller who punked Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker by pretending to be conservative billionaire David Koch.
O'Donnell asked Murphy wha expalins Walker's firm stance on the collective bargaining issue. Murphy's answer:
The call is even more remarkable because Democrats in Wisconsin have not been able to talk to Walker for days.
