Haliburton to pay $500 million to keep Cheney out of jail

Earlier this week, Nigeria charged former Vice President Dick Cheney with doling over $180 million in bribes to government officials. A new GlobalPost report suggest that it may take more than twice that much to keep Cheney out of prison.
