Schwarzenegger in Moscow: He said he would be back.
President Medvedev and Arnold Schwarzenegger exchanged a few words online using the micro-blogging site, after the California Governor arrived in Moscow. Earlier Medvedev had visited silicin Valley and Schwarzenegger promised to visit Russia at that time.
Schwarzenegger is a symbol of freedom in Russia and his background as a weightlifter is respected there.
He's visiting alongside high-tech executives to look at Russia's 'Silicon Valley', with a view to investing.
