Zogby International: Obama Report Card Week 46

Zogby hasn't given Obama above a C- for three or four weeks. This week it was  announced the economy only lost 11,000 jobs in November. Home sales were also up 3.5 per cent this month. Overall, it has been one of the better weeks for the country.
