TARP cost drops by $200 billion



The Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) will actually cost less than one half of the original prediction. The Obama Administration is expected to cut the projected costs of the bank bailout program. The TARP funds could be used to reduce the federal deficit or create new jobs.
