Summary: So far the new release is faster than 9.04, but it took several hours to upgrade with download speeds more like one would experience with a modem than with broadband.
The Firefox browser loads at lot faster. Rightardia recommends the upgrade which went flawlessly except for the slow download speed. Firefox must be upgraded first before Ubuntu is upgraded to version 9.10
