Rightardia believes that there was a great deal of Executive Branch misconduct associated with the lead up to the Iraq War. Prisoner interrogation and the use of torture did not comply with the Geneva Conventions.
Until the Democrats are willing to prosecute Republicans for their high crimes and misdemeanors, such criminal activities will continue every time a Republican is elected president.
Keep in mind, too, that the GOP impeached a Democratic president because of sexual misbehavior. There are no compelling reasons for the Democrats to turn the other cheek. It is clear much of the GOP in Washington DC has become a disloyal opposition.
