Obama Axes Plan To Build Multi-Billion Dollar Pentagon Project

If you were wondering where 20% of your taxes were going, it was to a dragon-shaped tank project spearheaded by the Pentagon. The sad part? This doesn't sound that ridiculous.

It was designed to scare the Muslim out of the Taliban who are very superstitious. It was one of Dick Cheney's CIA projects. Could this be the secret project Leon Panetta, CIA director, canceled?
