Birther News: Sarah Palin was born in Canada

Rightardia tried to research the Sarah Palin birth certificate  and could only find this Canadian Certificate of Live Birth (COLB).

It is obvious to most Americans that English is not Bible Spice's first language. She speak some sort of Aryan tongue, possibly Ivonics or Palinese .

Now we know how she was able to cross the Canadian border to get medical care. It was her birthright to get Canadian Health Care since she was born in the Yukon.

"We used to hustle over the border for health care we received in Canada," Palin said in her first Canadian appearance since stepping down as governor of Alaska. "And I think now, isn't that ironic?"

St. Petersburg Times compares US health care to Canadian

Ask Emily Whitehead, a Canadian, what she thinks about her country's health care system and she'll tell you about her experiences.

Years ago, she and a friend had babies at the same time. The friend, who lives in Michigan, was in the hospital for two or three days and got a bill that was more than $3,000.

Whitehead, a diabetic, was in the hospital for two months with a premature infan. Her child at one point had to be transported in a specially equipped ambulance with two nurses and two paramedics.

Total bill for the Candian Whiteheads: $16.95, for TV and a long-distance call. 

Today, Whitehead is battling cancer, but  the bill is not a worry. The Ontario government is paying for her hospital stays and doctor visits.

"When you consider the cost between the U.S. and Canada, there is no comparison,'' says her husband, Dennis. "People who go to the hospital here don't face financial ruin.''

Canadians pay higher sales taxes: 13 percent in Ontario compared with 7 percent in Tampa. But all 33 million are entitled to hospital and physician services at government expense.

Canada's health care is rated 30th in the world by the WHO. The US is rated 37th.
