In a bar complaint filed with the Missouri Supreme Court, Protect Our Elections (POE) attorney Kevin Zeese says Thomas committed multiple violations of the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct. Zeese has asked the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel to take immediate action against Thomas to include disbarment.
If Thomas lost his license to practice law, it could provide grounds for impeachment. The Democrats would have to control the House and Senate to impeach and convict Thomas.
