Arkansas kid won't say the pledge until there is liberty and justice for all

An Arkansas 10-year-old says he won't pledge to the flag until gays and lesbians have equal rights. Good for this kid. The right wing has turned the pledge into a religio-fascist oath.

The Supreme Court has ruled in two instances that the pledge in optional. The one nation under God clause was never in the original pledge and should be removed because the US is a secular nation. the pledge should be changed to one nation under the law. We are a nation unders law, not God or men.
