The Ed Show: Rev. Al Sharpton to sue Rush Limbaugh

Al Sharption, the Presidnet of the National Action Network, will sue Rush Limbaugh.

The Reverend Al Sharpton has asked an apology from right-wing radio host Rush Limbaugh which he has not received. "In the op-ed published in Saturday's Wall Street Journal Limbaugh wrote Sharpton 'played a leading role in the 1991 Crown Heights riot (he called neighborhood Jews ‘diamond merchants’) and 1995 Freddie's Fashion Mart riot,'" CNN reported.

Limbaugh's attorney has tried to claim Limbaugh's speech is protected because Sharpton is a public figure. Sharpton's attorney will proceed to file a lawsuit against Limbaugh next week.

Rightardia expects Limbaugh will apologize before the trail begins.
