Russia is competing for Indian Defense budget
A report in Pravda suggests the Russians may be losing to the US. Some of the Russian military ordinance has had quality control problems and the Indians have lost patience in the delivery of the Admiral Gorshkov aircraft carrier which will be renamed INS Vikramaditya. Hillary Clinton discussed the Indian Defense contract during her visit and signed agreements with India allowing the transfer of US technology.
