Feb. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping's meeting with President Barack Obama today represents a rite of passage for the man in line to become China's top leader next year and may shape U.S.-China relations for the next decade. Bloomberg's Margaret Conley reports.
